The main challenges
Shaping an investor-oriented & cost-effective experience
I redesigned Axalio’s website and MVP to better communicate core values and attract potential investors. Restructured key product features to highlight transparency, sustainability, and financial inclusion while optimizing development costs.
Humanising the brand & refining copywriting
I led a content revamp to make Axalio’s messaging more compelling, accessible, and aligned with ethical finance. I developed a storytelling-driven approach to connect investors emotionally with the miners' real-life impact. Ensured blockchain investment concepts were clearly communicated, minimizing the need for costly customer support.
Conducting investor-centric & lean research
I carried out qualitative research, conducting interviews with potential investors aligned with Axalio’s target market. Used efficient, low-cost research methods (e.g., remote interviews, survey tools) to gather actionable insights. Prioritized research findings that had the highest impact on product decisions, avoiding unnecessary iterations.
Aligning stakeholders & driving Product strategy within budget
We've collaborated with C-level executives, designers, and developers to ensure a user-first yet cost-effective approach. I helped the team focus on an agile approach and iterative design improvements to avoid expensive rework and long development cycles.
